Hi there, I suppose someone has got to go first so ........here's a few shots of my workroom and a few of the 30 odd models I have on the go at the moment for various people ( got a low boredom threshold) .I know I can count myself very lucky that I have a very understanding missus ( well I pay her well!!) and she has allowed me the use of a whole room for my 'hobby'. It all doubles up as a reference library and computer room so I've no real excuse for naff models !Most of the finished kits are carefully boxed up in the loft ,to keep them away from little hands!
This is a VERY modified Mach 2 Valiant ( taking more time than you can imagine!)
Amodel TU-128 fiddler nearly at the paintshop....
This I am really enjoying ..A what-if RAF Concorde bomber as per Arthur Gibson painting. It's an original issue Airfix kit from the 60's.just waiting for Freightdogs new anti-flash decals for the wings ( come on Colin nearly there, got a pile of V-bombers waiting!!).
Just 3 of the 5 V-bombers I am wading through at the moment ( should keep Halfords happy for a while!!!).
:
Cheers everyone.

Some very sweet looking models indeed there. Love the V bombers and the TU-128. The Bombcorde looks great in the Anti-flash scheme too. |

I'm not sure what impresses me most - the workroom or attempting the Mach2 Valiant! |

Cheers Nev , I went and said that I would make the prototype Valiant for the Bomber Command SIG and thought it really can't be that bad... I have never come across such an awful kit in my life ( and I've had a few!!).It appears to be made from hardened soap and oob builds' up into a cartoon version of a Valiant .So a lot of work ,swearing and kicking of the cat .Having said that it's coming along nicely ( kiss of death!) ,to be honest the Victor is more of a pig to build accurately If you are coming to Telford come and see me at the BC stand they should all be ready by then We are having a V-bomber display with hopefully 16 aircraft on show ,should be good.

Hi Blue Steel
love the den - very neat!
Do I see a couple of Welsh Victors on the right in pic 1?
If so, any chance of some close-ups - I have one in the stash and am wondering how they come out!
Think I can see the Boeing SST underneath - am I right?
many thanks
